![]() I obviously need to re-think and re-invent my backup strategy overall but right now, I need to find a way to deal with this immediate need. ![]() If I had done partition or file backups, I wouldn't have any problem accessing the individual files and folders I would need (I have several other Inspirons of various sizes and configurations and all running Win 10) but I just don't know what my recovery options are right now.Ĭan I point EaseUs ToDo on another of my systems to the drive I have the systems backup on, have it recover the system to a blank hard drive which I could then access from a different system and see/access the files and folders I need? Would that even work? I had just done a EaseUs ToDo Full System Backup (using just the Todo free edition basic full system backup) so the data is there if I can just get to it. ![]() In the meantime, I need to get to the Win 10 library folders (data) as soon as possible so that I can use the data elsewhere. ![]() It's going to take a while to get the parts to repair it and I may just get a new one instead. I have a Windows 10 system 20H2 which was running on a Dell Inspiron 3668 which crashed (bad motherboard and possibly bad power supply).
